Chili beans!

DINNER Kidney beans and veggies in tomato sauce 

This was a great dinner! Verry healthy, aromatic and tasty, yum yum! I just used the veggies that we happened to have in the fridge, but you can use whatever you want, it's all up to you! (: It's really easy to make: Just throw all the ingredients into a pot, and let i cook for about half an hour. That's it! Serve with some toasted wholeweat bread, and enjoy! (:

Ingredients
2 servings

1 can of kidney beans
1 can of tomatoes
1 cup of water

1 cup of sweetcorn
1 big carrot
2 peppers
1 onion

Half a zucchini
Cumin
Chili
Paprika
Cayenne

Sugar
Fresh basil
Salt and pepper
